The Legends Parkway Farmers Market is located in front of the Home Depot off of Cobbs Ford Road and is open on Tuesday’s from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Larry Penton of Penton Farms in Chilton County is the organizer for this market, and boasts of the fact that only grower’s are allowed to participate in this Farmers Market. Each vendor at a grower’s market is only allowed to sell produce that they actually grow on their farm. Participants in this market include grower’s B.C. Hunt Farms with pesticide and herbicide free produce, as well as the Prattville Honey Farm.
